These photos are of the steering. I think the geometry is off but maybe my imagination or optical illusion.
I installed limit tabs to keep the wheels from going too far and making contact with the frame. The view of the steering pointing straight is with the steering box in the center of it's travel.
If anyone has any opinions of this I would appreciate it.
Budman56: I machined the center and outer bearing carriers as be the Desert Kart plans. The center took two attempts.

Can you get a well lit shot of the front uprights where the front suspension arms hooks to the chassis. Striaght from the front at close to the same level they are? Looking for the angle of them from the bottom to the top. Trying to see both at once if possible.

I also see an issue with the steering box location I beleive but want to see what others say. Could be forward a bit more.

I will also add that where the steering rod hooks to the spindle could be out towards the rim a little bit more.

you might find yourself bending tie rods, being how skinny they are.

Nutz4sand, Here are the pics from the front showing the angle of A arm connection points.
The pic is off to the right a little. The angle on the two up rights on each side have the same degree. The only thing I can think of is the way the frame narrows and the rear A arm upright is at a wider point than the front. This would make the A arm point forward the same amount instead of being perpendicular to the frame.
Maybe I am looking into this issue too much and the steering is working as designed.
Thanks for the replies and suggestions.

I built one and it looks like the upper A arms are to long and the steering box is to low and needs to be forward. Mine mite looks all most the same way in this pic because of the angel, but you can tell that the upper is shorter than the lower. Mine steers perfect.

Both pics are a little dark. Gotteds is a little easier to see. But even his pic is a tad dark out at the wheels.

Mike yours looks like its got the kinpin angle backwards. I can see the hiems. But the overall pic is just to dark for me. Better flash or a big light or outside in daylight maybe?
