I have seen this blue box tubing on several Australian projects. Is it sold painted or is that some sort of paint prep sold there. Thanks

It's sold painted blue. The company which manufactures it is called "Bluescope Steel"

The Piranha looks great!

Nice project. Keep up the good work. Keep us up to date with your build. As far as the blue painted tubing, If I had to grind off paint every time I wanted to use it, I wouldn't be using it much.

I've never seen tubing sold that way so I thought the car had been completed once. Interesting corrosion control.

Thanks guys for the your feed back! As for the blue tubing it comes already primed, you can weld it without grinding first but i guess it is up to the person using the tube.

So is that Russels front double a-arm design you have on the front of the piranha or did you come up with that?
