Brian Treat, Commander-In-Chief of the Federation comes from a family of Ex-Marines and off-road gearheads. Commander Treat was genetically engineered so that he could adapt to the harsh Desert Ecosystem of the Southwestern United States. However, the new units are $33,950 and come standard with some items that this specific sandrail does not have such as:

Either way, $33,950 gets you quite an equipped Hayabusa powered sandrail.
