Default Help

Could anybody suggest a CVT that can be used with an engine having a Max Torque of 19 Nm @ 3000 rpm and rated Power of 8 kW @ 4400 rpm?

Default Re: Help

I am not sure about the power it is used for but if your taking about the 10 hp briggs and straton engines on the baja cars I can help. We use CVTech. They have one designed for this type of engine. A couple of other brands are Comet and Gaged Engineering. I heard the Gaged CVT is good for drags but does not backshift well.
