Hi Binze and welcome, what is the engine suzuki gt 250 maybe? How do the drive shafts work, the cv joints do not seem to be in line with the a arm pivots. are your brakes hydrolic or cable?

So the shaft slides in the bearings? what do you have for master cylinder for your brakes, do you have a picture? do you have the expantion chainbers for the exhaust, a two stroke needs them to run properly.

the master cylinder is from bike

The exhaust have some inside modification, so it runs good.

Welcome to MBN Binze! Perhaps you can run a jackshaft with a sprocket on one side and a motorcycle disc brake on the other. Auto wrecking yards may have some pedals you can modify.

Do your sprockets line up? if not you might need to move the disc to the other side. for your brake pedal I would run a link from the master cylinder to the brake pedal and have a 4 to 1 leverage ratio (if pivot to link is 2 inches then make it 8 inches from link to foot plate) and about the same for the clutch.

Many chain driven cars have a bearing carrier with a sprocket on one side of the carrier and a disc brake on the other side of the carrier. Typically the carrier is a tube machined at either end to carry a bearing. A shaft passes through the bearing and the sprocket is on one side of the tube and the disc on the other side of the tube.

Your english is very good. We know what you are saying!
