Default Has anyone heard from Desertkarts?

I placed an order for some headlights six days ago. Haven't seen them, or recieved a shipping reciept. I tried calling and leaving an email, but no response. I am in San Diego and they are in Yuma. Should have recieved them by now. I wonder if they are still in business. If anyone knows, please let me know.

I don't know if it's true but I heard that he was going through a break up,or divorce. That is just what I had heard a while back,I do not know that for sure and I hope that everything is fine with him but someone said that and that he wasn't really doing much with the buisness at the time?Like I said that is all rumor and I hope it is all wrong but you asked and thats what I had heard a while back.I would hate to wish that on anybody,so I hope that the rumor is wrong...

I spoke to him along time ago, and he told me that also. That was a while ago, and I ordered a part from him since then and got it on time. This time is a different story. I left him voicemail and email asking him to call me, because these are time sensitive. He did not call or email me back, so I had to get the parts elswhere. I emailed him cancelling my order, but he charged my account and shipped the items anyways. I will be sending them back, and be expecting a full refund. I don't do business this way. There are too many suppliers out there that would love to have my business. With the economy the way it is, hardly anyone in San Diego can afford to go to the desert anymore. These suppliers need to keep their customers happy or they will shop at a place that does. As for Dan's Performance Parts, they are wonderful. I have ordered from them three times and got a response and the items in a timely manner.
