Need to put those two in charge of Transaxle testing. Looks like they know how to test it for tough.

I'd like to know what happens when they go too far. I don't think those seats are going to hold it from going over backwards.

Hey X - I like the avatar. Any chance you can post the full size pic?

Here are a couple pictures of what it used to look like... A couple years ago I was in your neck of the woods (Ark City track), and put it on the lid. 5.1 sec 1/8th clicked the beams with the roof.

I was just starting to experiment with happy gas. I ran super pro on the motor 8.2 @ 170. Best 7.77 @ 176 on the nitrous. Should have invested in anti roll bar before nitrous.

It's got some new sheetmetal and new paint now, but I have lost motivation to invest money to get everything back in SFI spec to go racing....

Plus my brother is gung ho to get me to the dunes again.

Did you used to dragrace?

VERY nice car.I'm sure you had a lot of fun with it. DId I use to drag race?LOL!!! Yeah I spent 20 -35 weekends a year for over 25 years doing so. My door slammer at Ark City ran in the low low 8's N/A with a 428 CI rodeck SBC with canted valve heads. I was in the top 5 for over 5 years and finished tied for first one year.Ark City track was very rough when I ran there though.I quit going there when I switched to the RED and went to Tulsa for several years. Did very well there also. Car ran 7.0's with same engine combo as the doorslammer. I haven't been to the track for 3 years now and I'm beginning to really get bit by the bug again.Man these buggies are fun but NOTHING compares to a bad ass drag run! All I need to do is put a battery in and some fuel.
