It did pretty good, performance wise it is basically a 4x4 quad in the sand. My son got stuck at the top of a hill in 2wd, put it in 4wd and crawled right over the top. Need to work out the steering issues, a little stiff when going slow and WAY TO loose when going fast.....a roll-over waiting to happen. Didnt feel tippy at all with the offset wheels and paddles, should have the offset front wheels next week. Exhaust is a little loud and will have to do something different.
Where this buggy would do better and probably be more fun is on hardpack and trail at slower speeds and where you would use the 4wd more. |
