Default Aluminum side panel teaser photos

I wanted to post a couple pics of the side panels I have been working on. *They are only mocked up here.

I will be making two sets of rear panels. One with & one without a cutout for the air scoop.

I plan making them w/holes for dzus buttons, vinyl coated clamps or w/o holes.

These are smooth [as shown], w/ a 1/4" bead or 1/16" step in the panel following the perimeter but inset a couple inches from the edge. *

I can also make louvers & beads in a variety of different sizes, shapes & patterns on a custom basis.

My panels are much thinner then the panels I've seen offered, but if a 800HP Trophy Truck can fling rocks all day long at the same material I'm using I can assure you it will be fine for this application.

Mine also have a rolled edge where necessary [in *this case at the top].

I'm working on a wealth of other ideas for the 350's & pilots such as nerf bars [tree bars], bumpers, more aluminum panels, possibly pilot long travel stuff & a few things you haven't seen before.

What do you guys think?

If you're interested let me know.

Thanks to Robert for the fenders & "Dusty" for the encouragement

**In an effort to show some of the pics that were lost when this website had it's little "issue" I will be posting the same or similar pics**

Welcome to the site jp.

Thanks for putting up with our little "issue" right off the bat. *Seems it's all solved and good now.

The panels look very nice. *What else can you tell us about the panels? *What's the material? (if you want to share)

Are you making them for any other machines, such as Draks?

How does the cylinder get air with the air scoops covered?

Hey no problem. Glad we got it straightened out. *The material is 5052. The same as many high end guys in desert racing use for their panels.
Some guys will use 3003 but I prefer 5052 for its' superior characteristics. I do not currently produce panels for the draks but would love to do so.
I require a vehicle to make my master templates off of. Any volunteers??

I'm making the rear panels with & without cut outs for the air scoops. The solid panels are intended for the water cooled guys. My little stock odyssey will be running the panels w/ the cut outs.
