Default first buggy build

I'be been wanting to build a sand/mud buggy for a while now (why trash my jeep when i can build a toy for less and not worry about breaking my daily driver).
And Badlands' ST2 was the style I was looking for.
  • Powered by a Yamaha XS850 triple
'65 Triumph rear differential (custom IRS suspension)
    Woodward Rack and Pinion steering
ST long travel nitrogen struts (when I can afford them)
14X8 rims up front, 15X13 on the back.
and whatever else to make it a lightweight and fast lil' rig.

Sorry about not getting some more recent pics up. I've been working 20+ hours of O.T. as well as going to P.C.C. full time, so I've been kinda busy. hopefully I can get some more pics up tomorrow. The frame is almost completely done and soon it's time for the a-arms and then to get it rolling!

Never heard of these. *Do you have any info on them? *Any pix? *How do they compare against Fox Air Shox? *Pricing?

I hope you were making buggy noises in that picture. *You HAVE to make noises when you pretend to drive. *

Chassis looks good so far. *Looking forward to the newer pix.
