Well I plan on dropping the floor when i widen it just like Yoshi does on his new car, as for the width I can easily add 30+ inches so I am not worried there either, so I don't see the problem i really want it as small and as light as possible to make it FAAAST! LOL, not to be argumentative.

Telling you, mine is very similar is size, and you want a wide front end. I'll grab you pictures tomorrow. Its basiclly a pilot sized buggy with a 750 motor. Your going to have a hell of a time with the chain drive. I have no room for a good tensioner. Make sure to work that out now!! I have a chain roller, and it sucks. I should have a sprocket, but the motor and diff are too close, and I can't fit one.

Put a helmet on, and climb in, you'll be surpised how little headroom you have there.

I understand the headroom issue and plan on dropping the floor a good 4" at least, I need to get my Damn tubing so I can get the show on the road! I think it will be ok after the widening and the floor drop, if not I will raise the roof to compensate but that's a lot more work so its going to be a last resort. I think this little bugger will be one heck of a ride when its done. Hey grease, got any video or pics of your ride?

Dam Packman, that's a tight squeeze! It looks like it will work good though, What chassis is that in? Any pics of the whole vehicle, I am having a hard time finding pics of super mini buggies that have a real motor in them. .

Tight ain't the word for it! About a 1/8"on each side..... *The chassis is my second car I built....the first to actually run! The first chassis is sitting outside the shop and is used as a metal rack now! This car started out as a low budget no suspension build.....we had fun with it but it would beat the living crap out of you after about 20min of riding.... Last year we put front suspension on it and have been working on the rear since last fall.... Here are some video's of it... the 2 in the snow are when it was first running and the third one was after we put the front suspension on it.

That thing looks like fun, and about the same general size as mine is now, I will be stretching it and widening it though, what engine you running, something from a quad?

Yamaha 250 *4- stroke street bike...... it's geared real low and is a blast to drive......most of our riding is on tight woods trails so high HP is not really needed.
