WELL.... I am finally getting back to this thing after Pismo! What a great time and RELAXING! Love the new hauler can't believe I did it before with the 16'er!!? But I am getting the plates for the hubs machined this week and should have something to show soon! This is getting to be too long between fab sessions!

If I had a lathe or a mill, I could have this done a lot sooner, but since I need to get it machined, I end up blowing it off over and over....

Well no pics of them yet but I got the mounting plates for the rear hubs cut out and ready to go into the three link trailing arms. Should have something pic worthy in the next few days! I can't believe I finally got back on this thing!

Hey I am in the process of building the trailing arms for the three link and was wondering if any of you have tried a 1" Electrical conduit bender for the .095 wall tubing? I think it could work but I don't want to buy it and then have it not work....I guess I could bring it back if it does not work??

I don't know, but I do know that 1.5" .095 wall DOM doesn't bend all that easily. I use a 7 foot handle on the JD2 and it takes a pretty good pull.

Yeah I decided not to try it, I would likely break it! I am going with one of those Hydraulic ones on the web for $320.00 pretty good deal, I already have my first paying job lined up too! front light bar for my buddy's truck!

LOL! Sorry guys not much to sse but I will get pics of the hubs mounted to the plates today ok?! I need the bender to continue, I am also going to fix a few things once I get the bender for the front of the hood area, I don't like theangle joints I made there on the front I think they might break so I am going to bend them instead.
