This suspension topic has some GREAT insight. 2.0 bypasses are going into my car very soon.

Side question for you, where did you get the splined shaft that fits the QC gears? That's a pretty sweet gearbox you made to change direction and connect your drivetrain.
    Thanks

I made it, but you can buy lengths of 10 spline shaft. Prob not 300m tho.

    Where pray tell?

I've only seen splined shaft for sale from Surplus Center which is made by "G & G" which is the same manufacturer many of the buggy designers (Rorty, AR51) get their 1-3/8" splined shaft from.
    Thanks

Well the last run for the year when well... The flutter stacks in the Bypasses def helped going over the chop! Swapping in the lighter tended spring helped.
But I'd like how much preload I had to put in to get the ride height level ish. The 250lb tender is really stacked up. And I had to move the cross over way down to avoid semi harsh bottom outs.
I should have dialed up some more comp. tube but ran out of time. I think a 300-325lb tender (500mains) would be better, I had the 250lb springs so this whole swap was free besides labor.

All in all I got some good improvements. Its starting to float the whoop trails. That twinturbo Veee8 is really sweet, I might be getting closer to turning it UP... more boost in top gear would be real sweet. The tuning was mucho better NOT hitting 130%VE at 0psi. Coolant temps are better but I'm seriously thinking about an OIL COOLER, oil dips a bit when really warm.
