Are you using both inner and outers of the Chevy 1-ton half-shafts? Are they the same spline at each end? How do they compare to F150 CVs?

Using all outers, bigger axles, stars, etc.
Odd 41 spline in the later silverado ones. Same 33 spline stub as the f150, longer body tho.

26 in total available travel with a ride height width of less than 84 in . 35 in tires give 4.5 inches of ground clearance at bump.
It makes for a nice ride in the sand.

My helper got this panel fitted with the side steps, looking more like a car every day.
Picked powder colors, Silver Splatter Frame, Splatter Black Arms, Illusion Orange Panels (If you own a powdercoating shop you need neat powder).

Maybe, I've been using an extended version on the minimax since it was built.
