Thomasl, I tried to respond to your question about motor size, but was unable to forward my response. I'll give it here. My single seat weighs about 700# and I use a 62 tooth rear sprocket. I don't have long travel suspension and where I mostly ride the sand is usually very tracked up. IMO the 600cbr motor is more than enough for this sized car. If I had it to do again I would spend more money on the suspension so I could take full advantage of the power that's there. Hope that helps and good luck with your build. Doc

Follow the fle size limitation and it should work. Megapixel pictures will not load.
