I've had a couple of weeks away from the buggy (Forced leave I may add!!) but this weekend I managed to get some time in the garage working hard on the rear suspension, finally got the upper wishbone mounts in place and managed to get one side of the rea suspension in place, plus as of about 1 hour ago I got the final two wishbones seam welded and cleaned up ready for final trimming and mounting of rose joints!
So I thought I would post a couple of shots for you.

Final two rear suspension wishbones / A arms they need final trimming to length (note black lines on tube ends:

A couple of shots of the rear suspension in place:

and another:

And finaly a shot of the chassis with rear arms in place and new alloy floor:

Anyway I hope you like the shots, I'm going to try and get the rear suspension finished this week (a couple of hours each evening with a bit of luck)

And if I get the rear suspension sorted this week I will try and get some wheels on it - then I'm really getting somewhere!!

That looks very nice.

The rear hub, from the angle seen in the lower picture, resembles an F1 car's rear setup. Cool shot.

K-Fab - thanks for the comments !

I see what you mean by the rear hub photo, that does look cool! - And I didnt even know it

I'm going to trim the other arms to length tonight and then fit the rosejoints (with a bit of luck)
