I mailed them yesterday about the shipping costs. I hope to buy it from them, I can pay with PayPal also.. very handy ![]() But thanks for the offer! ![]() If it is needed, i will contact you... K-fab, The radiator I have now is broken and leaking so I must look for another. I will take your advise and look for a bigger one with a fan. I hope to get the engine out of the frame tonight.

Today i got the engine out!
![]() It is really huge!! And I ordered a 14" buggy Rack with all the parts that I will need like a quick-releasing hub and a steering wheel ![]() It comes from the States, i found the site on eBay when I was searching again. I found the parts who were very cheap I think.. and mailed about the shipping costs. I got a responce within hours and the deal was made within half an hour ![]() PayPal invite and done was the deal ![]() Really good site: www.aircooledenthusiast.com And K-fab, I have a question about the radiator; Do you have a tip on which size or from which bike or car it must be comming from? But here are some pictures of my engine: You can see the shaft output clearly, there must be a mounted a dish or something.. to mount the brake disc and sprocket to.. Anyone tips on how to do that? Maybe lathe the standard U-joint and weld a plate to it for the 2 parts? ![]()

www.aircooledenthusiast.com Here it is $96, at Dan's it's $94... So it's not cheaper but it is only a bit...

Erwin, i got to hand it to you buddy...your really sticking to this project. Like you I ordered the ST2 plans. I changed the frame design alittle and got it 70% done. I got the steering and all the A- arms done. Then I guess I lost interest and the hole u-joint independent rear spooked me alittle and i just stopped working on it. I have no doubt you will be driving your ST2 soon. Now I've been welding and doing machine work for over 20 years and in fact earn my living helping design and build machines of all types for a living and I couldn't handle the defeat of not finishing that buggy so I started another one a few months ago and I'm well on my way to finishing this one. My point is that what you are doing is very difficult ( everyone here knows how difficult it really is) and your doing a great job. the feeling you'll get when it's done and your out hauling butt in your ST2 won't be soon forgotten

1yldryd!
What nice to hear.. thank you ![]() I'm still a student and don't have any practice with engineering, motor techniques or something so it takes a bit longer at my build and I need to ask a lot ![]() I'm very curious about your builds.. do you have some pictures or something? And I don't know where you got stuck on your build, here there are many people who you could ask.. they seem to know everything ![]() And i really love to build! I have a buggy-build wish for 8 years or so, and now i'm finally builing one.. step by step and getting closer to the end result.. it feels great! But because I choose for an differential, it's all more difficult but I think that it will become allright.. step by step ![]() If I have more updates I will post it again, Good luck with yours! Erwin

Well i have been trying to start a thread and post some picks but the pics always fail to upload. I've changed the size and all that stuff but still they won't upload. I sent an email to the administrator for help. my new buggie is a single seat, independant front suspension from a honda 250 4 wheeler. swingarm rear with single shock from a cbr 600. the motor, brakes and all will come from the same cbr. if anyone can tell me how to post some picks that would be great.

I think the reason i failed the the first time is because i strayed from the plans, I had a TL1000 motor that was key coded and i had no key or ignition switch, which means the computor would not work. and i had no idea this web site exisited. the funny thing is that i have no plans on this one at all but i think it's coming out fairly good. my plan is to finish this one, buy some more equipment and build 2 barracudas, 1 for me and 1 for my son. this 1 will be my wifes, if she's not to scared to drive it.

Sound nice!
I really like the Edge Barracuda! I hesitated between the Barracuda and the ST2.. Everyone knows now what my choice is ![]() Maybe you can upload your pictures to Photobucket or something, and post the image URL in your topic? Or upload it from that image URL? Good luck
