Hey everybody!

I'm finally back with an update.

I bought several things and it took a while before i found it on the Internet because we use Metric sizes overhere and the buggy plans give me the English names of the items.. Google has now some extra shares because of me

But i found them! And at an English site haha A very good site also! Very cheap and a good service! Also, the products arrived within 4 days
www.mcgillmotorsports.co.uk (Powered by CubeCart)

I also bought a racing chair and a 5-point seatbelt
I know that 4 are enough but 5 is just so cool

The chair fits the buggy with just a couple of mm's (3/8") space left at both sides.

The chair needs welding and then i can start with the seatbelt mounting and then the bottom plate.

Next week i hope to receive the motorbike for my buggy!
It's an Suzuki GSX 1100G. It is an shaft driven engine because i use a differential, else it won't work. The engine has 100hp and 75kW I think that it is enough and i hope to tune the engine also in the future

If i have the bike, i could mount the engine, make the shifter work, wire the buggy, make a dashboard, make a gastank and place the radiator.

I will keep you informed!

Erwin

I'm looking for bushings for my suspension, does someone know where to find these? I hope to buy some of the right size instead of making them myself.

I need 24 of the bushings of the drawning below

I have a set. Might be missing 1 or 2. PM me an offer and your address I'll send you them. I have no need for them. They are from badland buggy.

I bought an donor motorcycle for my project

It's an Suzuki GSX 1100G with cardan because of my differential.
I paid $640 for the beast.

It has 75kW and 100hp. It's an bike from '92 with an unknown amount of km's on the gauge, because that's missing. The motor has an damaged front because the driver 'parked' the motorcycle in a car

I hope to recover the wiring and I will try to start the motor with the battery of my motorcycle that I drive. Wish me luck!

I added some pictures, I keep you guys in touch.

If you have some questions, I'll answer them.

Erwin

Hmm i'm trying to get the engine running but the startmotor still doesn't run when I push the button

Does anyone know where I can find a Suzuki GSX 1100 G wiring diagram? This to check the wiring?

A little bit of Googling didn't help me...

Check fuse box, then all connections.

Check this: http://pdftown.com/Suzuki-GSX-R-1100...ce-Manual.html

Check this: Download PDF Suzuki GSX-R 1100 1993 - 1998 Service Manual | PDFTown.com

Thanks for your reaction.
I have allready downloaded these but this is for an 1100W (race model) while I have the tour model.

But i'm planning to look at my bike with this Service Manual also, maybe there isn't much diffrence.

I will post when the engine's running!

Ohh yes, and I had tried the fuse box immediatly! And I allready put my Honda motorcycle with starting cables to my Suzuki but that also wouldn't work
