Very nice,

Who did the pipe? Sounds good. It sounds better than the first videos you posted of it (if your the one I'm thinking of).
Brings back memories of my FL350 I wedged a 503 snowmobile motor in, wish I would have picked 583 liquid now, but then I was afraid of axle and trans problems. I sure loved my MXZ583 sno-go, awsome motor choice.

Nice job, BTW I'd wear a brain bucket if I were you .

I did all the pipe work. Didn't take any lengh out of the pipe, just cut and rotated as needed. The last pipe was the 350 pipe. I'll make sure to wear that "Brain Bucket" the next time I'm riding.

Put on a helmet

That looks really good. The pos site has been down. Did you post those pic's of the pull start side? I'm debating slapping a new motor in the ody I've got now, or may be selling it, and buying something else for a backup

No I haven't since the pilot-odyssey site has been down. If I get a chance I'll post them on here. I rode for probably two hours yesterday without a problem. The only thing Ive ran into is it will "load up" and foul the plugs after idling for a while. As long as its constantly moving with no idle time it has never fouled the plugs. I think the pilot jets may be too large. Any Ideas?

Hoss,

If your using the Primer system to start the engine, check that. They have a tendance to leak additoinal fuel into the carbs. The engine can handle it when running, but will kill plugs at idle. After you get the Ody started, pull the primer line and plug the carb hole, or pinch the tube and see if this cures your idle loading problems. I went through a few plugs before I cured the problem on my MXZ. Mine leaked so much that if you were not running it hard it would kill a plug in the course of one day with a novice rider. The cure was just a new primer.

No I dont think have any primer system. I'm running the sea-doo carbs and manifold. Unless the sea-doo carbs have it as well?

Hoss,

I'm not familiar with the Seadoo carbs (the last thing "I" want to do in Alaska's cold water ), but the original carbs should have a Primer system. The Primer system consists of a tube comming from the gas tank's supply line to a push/pull squirter (primer) then a tube going to the carbs and "T"-ing off to each carb. Instead of a choke you just give the carbs a squirt of raw fuel into the carbs. I thought with your high gas tank that there would be constant pressure on the primer and dribbling fuel straight into the carbs.
