I believe duct tape is more appropriate for an FL250.
Hell, when is duct tape NOT appropriate.

hahahahahahaha.
i thought of duct tape but then it would be hard to get off when i need it.
and yesterday i went 4 wheeling with my brother in his jeep. and my other brother took out his fl250.
we saw so many of those Chinese made 150cc 2 seater mini buggys that it wasnt even funny.
and another thing i was thinking.
i think realistically i should sell my fl250 and dirt bike and buy a fl350 or a china 150cc or 250cc.
i have been thinking of the good/ bads for these 2 buggys.
fl350 china lite
-more power -reliable??
-single seater -2 seater
-better rear suspension -more goodies like speedo ect.

i found a buggy better then a pilot
runs a 503 rotax has full suspension ect.
its local and cheap
only thing is the rear tires are angled inward.
i think something from the rear suspension
is this a big problem? does it need to be fixed? if it needs to be fixed is it hard to fix?

Better than a Pilot? Very doubtful. (no offense)
Better than an FL250? Absolutely!

It looks like a great platform to start with. There are a huge number of ways that you can take that chassis and play with it. It will probably do fine for a first few rides and then you'll get bitten by the "This thing can be better" bug.

Rear suspension is single a-arm setup. Easy to modify.

Go for it!
