The Pilots getting a nice 100 hp 583 Rotax sled engine. It's got soem tranny issues that need to be worke dout first before i even get into it. It's going to be fun as hell though when it's done. Those are the stock a-arms on the Pilot, not sure if i'm going to make a long travel set for it or not. We'll see once i get it done and beat the crap out of it.

Here's my beast:
Rear fenders have since been replaced and I have cargo boxes on each one now. I'll update photos ASAP.
Mods
Motor Mods: '73-74? Rupp 440 (Rupp American 40?) Tohatsu TR-440-2 engine, 2-stroke
Intake Mods: Mikuni VM carb w/ unifilter
Drive Mods: Comet 102C primary - Original FL250 belt and secondary and gear box
Brakes Mods: Hydraulic brake caliper
Weight Mods: Fiberglass and padded leather cover racing bucket
Exhaust Mods: Micron silencer vertical exhaust pipe
Wheel/Tire Mods: Suzuki Lt230 rear wheel hubs and RAZR tires. No cutting, bolted right on.

Current Status + Issues
Status:
- Hill climbing is great.
- Jumping some tree trunks with out issue
- Runs through some moderate ditches filled with water no problem
- Throws mud nicely!
- Turning radius really really sucks!
- Ready to Rumble ASAP

Current issues:
- Stalls on Declines unless I tap the throttle while coasting down.
- Engages late on primary
- I don't like the gas tank. Need Mooney style to replace.
- needs a shield under the belt drive ASAP before I break something!
- Turning radius. (duh)
- no reverse (duh)
- no suspension (duh)
- needs spark arrestor
- silencer probably needs repacked
