Those are neat little machines. They look like they have lots of promise if a person wanted to upgrade the crap outa them.

Thanks for the compliment.

It didn't always look that nice, It was in bad shape when I got it last year, But I only paid $500 for it.
I replaced the bad tranny to get it drivable and since then replaced alot of other stuff..
I still have more work that needs to be done, there is always something that needs replaced/rebuilt or upgraded

Nice pilot, what all was involved in putting the sled engine in it.

I made a new engine plate and mounts that tied into the existing front pilot engine mounts. This then tied into the pilot trans mounts, making the trans and engine mount together - no movement between the two. Modified the sled pipe to fit the space requirements, modified a spark arrestor to fit, made the fuel tank, radiator mounts, and air box set up. Wired it to work with the existing honda harness. All switches, electric start, charging system etc, all work like oem. I ended up using FL 350 shifter cables as they were longer and fit around my pipe set up. Currently using the stock pilot driven clutch. Here are a few more pics. Please excuse the messy wiring/hoses.
