I did some searching. First search netted 841 results. A second narrower search netted considerably less & none with any useful info. Has anyone done a front brake upgrade on the pilot, say from a popular quad maybe? Or are the stock brakes considered sufficient? Please provide details if you have done a swap. Thanks

Cool. Thanks. IF I do a long travel frontend I want to be sure to fix any flaws the existing sytem might have. Like the bad geometry. *The spindle seems a little thin to me but I haven't heard of them snapping so I assume they are ok? Are the stock spindles forged?

Thanks for the clarifications Lee. I looked it up, and the part numbers change after 04. 99-04 is different from 05-present.

Hang on to the idea of disc brakes for the Pilot.
I have hands on, personal knowledge of a bolt on kit that will be available soon. *Yes, BOLT ON. More info to follow soon.
