You might consider putting a bar around that fuel cell, if it rolls even being plastic there is a good chance of rupture...

he has a baja rack that fits nicely on the back of it. looks good too.

Turbo, how about a splash guard for the tank, like shrouds or something to keep the gas from the hot spots?

Will that fuel cell slow down air flow thru the radiator? seems like it would almost pressurize between the 2 and slow down inflow...

Yes, it will reduce flow. That is even tighter than I saw someone else's similar setup and he had over heating issues. Also, I think it is a really bad idea to have part of the gas tank outside the roll cage.
