Default fl 250 exhaust

hey does anyone know where the round paper gasket and metal ring go? does it go in the pipe or does it go on the exhaust flandge on the jug? i have a manual now but i cant tell where they go thanks

I would think the paper goes next to cylinder and the steel ring goes in the pipe

Paper goes in between the jug and the exhaust pipe mount. With the ring in pipe, you'll see where the ring fits in the groove in the male pipe receiver on the mount. My original one was pretty beat up, so the groove for the ring wasn't that visible. I bought one in great shape off of e-bay.

thanks guys i really appreciate it i have the top end completly together and i have plenty of spark and compression all i have to do is exhaust and mount my fuel cell and its ready to fire up
