Default The Best Hayabusa Turbo Combo

Hello all

It appears that I have finally licked the drive chain problem so I'm lookin for more power so I can start shredding parts again.

What I want to know is the optimum turbo peices that will be RELIABLE

I will buy the parts and build my own system cause I don't like the 3k price tag on a complete kit.

Info on the following parts please

Turbo with wheel specs
Waste gate size
BOV
SS header links

Thanks in advance for any info

Garrett GT25R ,internal wastegate, good to approx 350+ hp. Works very well at 10-15#'s boost.

Tial of equivalent.

FWIW I would highly suggest you spend a few hours at the SuzukiHayabusa.Org website. There are some VERY smart guys there that are nicer(and much smarter) than me to ask questions of.LOL!!!
It will be very worth the time spent. Just go to the forums and research till your eyes bleed.

Put an intercooler on it and you can do 250-300hp on pump gas too!!!! Use a powercommander along with an FMU and you won't need to upgrade injectors or do piggy backs either. Spend a few bucks at a good dyno and you're set. Should be very reliable. I did my own t'bo system and instead of the dyno
(which is best) I used on board data logging of afr/rpm/throttle position /egt to tune. I'm a DIY kind of guy.BTW,Arrowhead it would be nice if we could get back on good terms! I'm really not the asshole you think.

want to get really technical, forget about the power commander and get rid off the gixxer computer all together, add a mega squirt controller and a wide band o2 sensor....With the mega squirt system you can calibrate any sensor etc, regardless make model or yr....

http://www.msefi.com/index.php

Some very interesting things going on with this unit...

It will be a while before I am convinced of that. In the meantime I will just ignore you because everyone else is so pleasant to hang with.

No need for that till you get over 350+ hp. And there will be some issues and much more difficult to do.IMO.
