Default FUEL CELL SETUP?

Looking for some advice on my fuel cell setup for the Rorty r82. I want to have the cell or cells custum built to better fit into the rear of the firewall. I also want to run two seperate cells. Only to increase the total carry load. Thes two tanks would act as one and have crossover lines. The draw would come from one but the fuel level would always be the same in both. I want this to work because of limited space and I want to be able to carry 10-12 gals if I choose for a mini type baja situation.

Am I asking for problems here or is this something that can work out????

Hit me with the details

use a stock pump, no return line then, put the cap on one tank and the vent on the other, no need for 2 caps for tanks, isnt your car 1.25", if so, no need to worry about any baja racing...

Hey bug, I am using the stock pump. When I said "mini type baja situation" That could mean: In my own mind(dreamer), Some sort of un-orginized race, Some event that may allow my car to run in an open class ect..... *Even if it does'nt qualify for a SCORE event. I want it to be able to function like a racer for the most part. Haul A$$ for a long time! *

Yeah, Isn't there a foam they make for the cells? Is this something that can be purchased and installed by the fabricator or after the tanks are built?

The Fuel Safe bladders have foam in the as well. Do not buy the Summit foam, it is the same thing as Jazz. It will break up after about a year and cuase all sorts of problems. Go with ATL or Fuel Safe for foam.
