I agree, just raise the motor up until the oil pan is above the bottom of the lower frame rail. Or do a search and see if anyone makes a shallow oil pan for that motor. You may need to run an idler sprocket to keep the chain away from the engine case when you raise the motor up though. Not a big deal if you do it right. IMO you should extend the engine bay at least 100mm on a Piranha.
