i am building a custom buggy with a 2002 GSXR 750 engine, im wondering if a 600 ecu will plug in and work on the 750 with no problems, my other question is will a CBR 600 RR rad be big enough for 750, i bought a magna 750 rad but i think it might be smaller than the CBR rad, if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated. i may have more questions soon. Thanks

I would be suspect of using a 600 rad on a 750. The engineers work on making everything as efficient within certain parameters. The 750 will need more cooling - and in more or less the same amount of space. I'd be worried that the 600 rad would be just "that" much too little. Start pushing the 750 and heating it up and there could be a problem.
That said, the easiest way to find out would be find a 750 and take some measurements. If the rads are the same size, you'd be fine. No clue on the ECU.

Here's something to think about. The CBR600 radiator may actually be larger than the GSXR750's. I know for a fact that a CBR600 radiator is larger than a CBR954 radiator. They look alike except the cbr 600 is 3 or 4" taller. We noticed this when looking at my CBR954 Piranha buggy along side rxpo's CBR600 Piranha. Not sure why though, maybe the 600 runs hotter than the 954
I know the 600 did burn more gas. |

Nope, you cannot exchange ecu's. I've been there, done that. BTW, there are 3 different ecu's for that year, took me forever to find the right one.

ebay is your best best. Do you have the automatic fast idle, or the one that uses the two cables that look like throttle cables?
