Default Hayabusa tach lead?

Hi guys,
I got my hayabusa powered Smart Car running last weekend, now I am just trying to get some bugs worked out.
Could somebody please tell me which wire is for the tach lead on an 05 Hayabusa, I am running a Koso gauge cluster, all of the wires I have tried from the original Busa gauge cluster don't seem to work, I am thinking it must be a wire out of the CDI box or something.
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks,
Matt

It really depends on what kind of signal your tach requires. The intellidash that I have hooked up on a Busa car required an adapter harness that tied into each one of the coils.

Its the yellow/blue(tracer)wire if you have a tach setup to run with the two pulse motorcycle signal. If not Tach Adapter, 4 coil system * Schnitz Motorsports Inc this will get you your 4 pulse signal.
It depends on what your tach needs.

Also did you figure out why your engine was running so poorly?

Thanks, It turns out that the gauge is programmable, I am going to take another look at it tomorrow.

It is running pretty good now, I had a bad computer at first, replaced it and ran tons better. I took it to a motorcycle tuner and he thru 30 percent more fuel at it just for safety's sake for now until we get it on a dyno. I am working on fitting the stock airbox also, I think that will really help the thing run better and give it a little more torque.
