Default S&S Headers

Has anyone used these guys?
!S&S Headers manufacturer of street rod, roadster, four cylinder, Japanese, VW, dirt track, mini-sprint, modified midget, dwarf-car, sprint, midget, off-road buggy, Chevrolet headers, Ford, Accura, Honda, Isuzu, Mazda, Miata, Nissan, Rabbit, Scirocco
They have headers for dirt/circle/and sprint cars with Motorcycle engines. I was thinking this may be a better way to go rather than trying to tig weld the stock titanium down pipes to make a header.

Does anyone have any pics of there stuff?

Does anyone know if the header araingement on an FZ1 is the same spread as an R1 Yamaha?

I had used their headers for an old CB 750 F engine in an old buggy. They were very nice. However, they are designed for 3/4 Midget cars and as such the headers extended approximately ten inches directly forward from the cylinder heads before bending down and exiting towards the left side. This made fitting the engine into a small space impossible. They may use different designs for different engines but that is my experience. I don't have access to pictures now, but might be able to post them later today.

This is an old post, I ended up with an S&S header and shortened up the collector a bit and It looks like it will be good to go.

They are good bang for the buck, and will save you a huge amount of "FAB" time.
I have a build thread titled FZ1 swap, The madness starts I hope to update with lots of new work this weekend.

Cool. I got my SS header too, looks like its going to work with no mods and save me a ton of work.

Don't forget to weld in the bung for the O2 sensor. They sent me a new one for mine with the header.

Yep, I plan on a 02 sensor for sure.

I looked at the right exit, but I have a passenger seat sitting right where the collector is. Since it exits at an angle, and not straight back, it wouldnt work for me.

I also just picked up a S&S race muffler on ebay for cheap, so Ill be able to check it out for quality too. Do you run yours straight out the header with no muffler? If so, how does it sound? Loud?
