I agree that we need to drop more than a few neutron bombs on "terrorist locations" and be done with it before we are all hiding in bunkers forever. They would do it to us if they could and you do not win a dirty war by fighting clean. Bill

When the towers were attacked I made the statement then that the only way to fight extremists is to be more brutal and VISCIOUS than them.How did we stop Japanese fanatics(same as modern day muslim extremists) from continueing in WW2? BRUTAL,VISCIOUS retalliation. I feel that we should adopt a policy of for every one American (or any nationality ) that is killed by a terrorist act that we attack and kill any terrorist we can find at the time and kill them wherever they are .I don't care if they were the ones responsible or not.In other words turn the various terrorist organizations against each other.If al quada attacksd us and we can't find them then just go after another organization.Sooner or later they all will tremble in fear of the other attacking us.

Yeah this is ridiculous. *If people keep caving in like this then the terrorists win and it makes them more likely to do it again.

Maybe instead of canceling the race the organizers should just outfit each race vehicle with a machine gun or rocket launcher or both in case the racers do have some kind of encounter with terrorists while driving through the barren wasteland that is north western Africa.
