Site outage (name server issue)

Service provider upgraded the backend CPanel suite late last night and in the process knocked out the minibuggy.net name servers.

Sorry guys, this was an unexpected issue and did not affect all servers/accounts hosted with this company. I am requesting compensation for the down time siting the 99.99999999999999999999999999999999999999999999% uptime claim. LOL

I will add contact numbers to customer support to our admin section. If the site goes down any admin can then call in a trouble ticket. This might speed things up a bit since we are spread out in different time zones.
