I have been using Photobucket for posting pictures for a couple of years, now Photobucket wants 400$ a year for posting pictures, this is to much for me. I have tried Goggle Photo and IMGUR and can not get pictures to show up. I have been using FireFox for my browser. I tried using Chrome for a browser but my malware will not let me open Minibuggy when I am using Chrome.

KFAB sent a reply on one of my post about picture posting :

"Use Chrome for a browser and the pix show up. Iíve put it on both the Windblows and Mac and I can see them. Canít see anything on Safari. get them to post pictures."

I looked up Windblows on browser and it says its music group. I have hit a wall on posting pictures and I am not understanding some of the terms being used like Windblows.

can someone explain ( posting for Dummys level) what to use to post pictures. I am at point where I am about to give up on posting pictures any more.

I have been using google images. The trick is to make sure the photos are in a shared folder. Then right click on the photo and open in a new tab. Copy that address and use it in the img tag. If you just right click on it and " copy image address" it does not work all the time for some reason.

Kind of a pain but it has been working so far.

Tapatalk is now also breaking links to older photos trying to get people to upgrade.

Facebook randomly changes pic links so that's a no go also.

Also, I have noticed MBN does not like the long img tags as they don't end in .jpg or other picture file extension. In google images, you can add ?.jpg to the end of the location tag to fix this

I can upload pics right from my computer now. I don't know if this is wrong or not, but it works. Click advanced, then the little paper clip with the arrow next to it.

It has to be that malware thing.
I store my pix on the yellow dog racing site's server, which is hosted by the same server that MBN is on. For some reason there's a cross reference to a malware issue that MBN had - which infected YDR - but I've cleaned them out.

I'll see what I can do tomorrow.

adding the [img] at the beginning and [/img] at the end of the Goggle Photo location I paste to Minibuggy fix the problem. My picture size is 800 x 600 in Photobucket this gave and full screen picture , now my picture is small see below

    I just started using Cloudinary.

It's free so we will see how it goes.

Hey Stress - that link is really funky. I looked at the content between the [img] [/img] coding and it's a long funky link:

    "https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/_hg7JUNz4iVu3tUmzGgguVNjPyDTLXNXyCrwsjPFG5npl7YQp2 SnsNdjOIod0BqGFcMw7GjQDrHy_PtW5lGlAUIDWL7k0s7plY5B bMgcosqA0-zJC_RiJFx6yr3JOgRRRFLURyUNl77O33ZeRk7y_U9L3cZRWy_L REbal_0smbNuhtA9n5UZbtck_IC05aWDwwNNxNShzzsuQY1bqj Q2nb4E05a3sPN3cbacdcg4JHtLeatKj3DJrSGj-kuWWa-qKrtSUboqNdT1lUgeWYnpo2PrJIxfoYrNNZ1_LgE30IgURIRqF VHdGArW6S98UT0VRnN0KOGp64eaMYVIsd2mEhwZxxgVaUPr5G1 U2nKckrh8ZAIb-08MQutpT8yMcj4EsQGa6VP8fOEQkrt5Z6UnKm5AkhS-fkT0t0g0no7GFTHFmYM6jRR_dIm4XCv1HcUTvwl24NoSU8oOaY BSZyi3B1Zh0-9CnqqGcDBNXMdByQf35L5mxsj5foWdOrggEjVQkCspKg50z1Mm ZQx1ovrOR7BZIzT4GRIS0D_r3UZ6sbxAdBsJ7kRZg6IAnndv_b Je2F0qNMoAsUCGEbrLuSqSJmsla8UUiHn9Y1ASDQY=w361-h271-no"

Try opening the picture you want (where you have it) and then copy the stuff out of the browser bar and insert that. Should be a much shorter and end with a picture type file such as jpg or png, etc..
