Default Newbie looking for mini buggy.

Hi all. I've been thinking about starting a buggy project for a while and could use some help. I definatly need to build a 2 seater buggy. It doesn't need to be a wild buggy, in other words, no need for a hybussa motor. I'm actually thinking of using a snowmobile motor. The buggy would serve 2 purposes, able to tackle the sand dunes and able to tackle desert dirt. I believe I have found a frame but I'm not sure where to buy it from. The only information I have is it's called a ProFx superlite frame. The model I saw was a single seater, not sure if they make a 2 seater. I've included pics of the buggy I seen, hopefully someone can point me in the right direction and find a frame simular to the one in the pictures. Anyway, I'm sure I'll have lots more questions, thanks.

Welcome to MBN!

That car is listed on RaceDezert Pro Fx Super lite and you can see th epics are the same. The ad says it is made by Precision Fabrication Company and aGoogle search turns up nothing.

If you are going to build a buggy you could start with a Prosand frame from Girard. He sells a two seat frame that will work well. If you want a complete set of plans contact Rorty.

Good luck and start a thread in Projects in Progress when you begin!
