Whats the worst you've ever been hurt??

Not sayin' it's cool to get hurt but I've had mine, so i know how it feels. * Don't wanna say mine yet gonna wait for a few replies, but some of the not worsts are...flippin' a quad, broke my arm then...gettin so many stiches that the folks at the ER knew me by name and often made bets on what i did to hurt myself before i told them

in 1993 I worked midnights anyhow on my way home from work I fell asleep went off the road the car flipped over forward and the roof smashed into the trees crushing me. I broke all the ribs on my right side, punctured my lung, broke my collar bone, an AC seperation in that same shoulder, bruised all of my internal organs, received a complete blood transfusion, and the coupe de gras was I broke my back at T9-10 causing permanent paralysis from the belly button down. I am still in physical therapy to this day in order to attemp to stay in good enough physical condition to keep up with all of you able bodies. The last 2 summers have been kind of rough hoping to come back out with a vengance this spring and kick all of your arses on the track again. Oh yea I do race.... I race one of those slow little pilots he he.

Ruptured disc while driving truck. An acute injury, not a cumulative or chronic injury. Required surgery and off work for 2 years. At that time to return to work you had to meet the physical requirements and return to the same job. We are more accomodating today.

I broke my knee, colar bone, severe head trama and back laserations, all in the last turn of the second moto of the last race of the season. I still got second in points for the year.

Fell on new shoulder pads, broke 1" out of colar bone. Had dirtbike land on face,lost 3 teeth,part of jaw bone. Caught little finger between dump truck bed and railroad tie, 18 stitchs. Got bj from epileptic, lost inch. * *

I have 0 verified broken bones, have never lost consciousness from trauma, and have had relatively few stitches.

I came close to the worst injury but missed it by about three inches. *I washed the front wheel of my db out planted it into a tree and as I went over the bars I caught the left grip on my groin and removed about five inches of skin. *Tore my underwear and my skin but didn't tear my pants. *

I do know a guy (an old customer from the cycle shop) that had a similar crash and did tear his sac............ * His buddy had to help him to the truck while trying not to puke on the injured guy and then had to walk back twice and get both bikes and then drive to the hospital.....
