Well Ive got both, a Manx style buggy and a Belmore mini rail and to be honest Id much rather be out in the mini rail,the buggy I like driving on the street,of course I did build it just for the street knowing it wouldnt be half as fun as the rail.Sorry but the pic of the buggy isnt the best,its now pimped out with white walls and a vintage surfboard mounted on the top

IMO they should be classed by weight.
