Silver Lake has a, I believe, 96 db limit. *Sometimes they check, sometimes they don't.

noise police are usually just on busy weekends. was there twice this season saw no one denied. last season just a couple of piped banshee's didn't make it. spark arresters are a must. saw a vw powered buggy turned away due to his supertrapp having washers between the discs. season is 1 apr thru 31 oct.

Hey renegade, *Im running a polaris 680 ultra in my buggy. It came with psi tripple pipes. It ran hard, but pretty loud as you can imagine. I got a factory manifold, pipe, and silencer off ebay, and recently installed it. It is much quieter at idle speed now, but above 3000rpm its still fairly loud. It might just be from the drivers perspective, or because no hood to deaden sound like a sled.
