Trying to find plans for a stadium mini, found plenty of rails but no stadium style. Any help would be great. No budget for a rolling chassis. Have plenty of access to tools and a machine shop . Something along the lines of a Briggs Gen IV would be perfect.

Like the drawing now just need some dimensions
, If i have the basic Dims I can work with the rest. The suspension geometry is a little out of my league right now. I have a doner arctic cat 7002stroke. Hp about 125-135 piped. |

The Moskito - A Two Year Lesson in Humility. will make for a good read.
I built a single seater from scratch on a budget and it is possible. I used a 521cc ski doo engine, CVT and a swing arm. I liked the rage buggies and stadiums and that was my goal. Not sure if I would pick a zr700 engine for my next build. Not knocking the 700, but it is old. I have one bored to a 790, decker pipes and so on in a sled. 700's are very very cheap though. My next buggie will have a sled engine with push button reverse. |

As for the 700s they are gas pigs, perfer a slightly mob 600 myself mostly for fuel economy.
Looks like Im going to have to hunker down and figure this out myself. Took a good look at Rortys, nice buggies but the geometry of the front suspension looks too square, the mounts on the frame are right above each other for the front A arms, and want a rear swing arm style in rear. It looks like if a person nosed a landing the front susp wouldnt survive due to the angles involved..??.. maybe Im wrong. Thanks for the help Jason |
