Gotta Love it!
"It is oil and liquid cooled. This keeps the engine cool and stops it from overheating. "
"The frame is built out of chrome molly tubing"
"It needs a light cleaning and polish."
"The guages include an oil light"

Ummm he meant the turbo was oil and liquid cooled.

Uhhh,it's new and unpainted.

The guages include an oil light, tempurature guage, fuel pressure guage, boost guage, EGT, and RPM.
That was the entire quote so what's the problem with having a light? Hell of a lot easier to read than a guage!

I would guess the oil light was for the oil injection level. But I DO wonder how you oil cool a two stroke. I have a 900 T-cat motor tore apart right now and I would be interested how you do that. Thats usually a four stroke thing.

Maybe this is a 900 Four stroke A.Cat makes now?

It looks like a 4 stroke as I don't see any expansion chambers...

Many times with a turbo two strokes do not have expansion chambers. Thats on sleds that companies make a bunch of. With this custom one-off setup it may be more so. I will fire the guy off an Email. See what he says.

Just a general question for those with experience - does a two stroke turbo last longer / get gunky from the residual oil on the blades?
