Right now I am a good boy till the end 2012 as I wanna see if anything crazy is gonna happen. Will it? I dunno. There sure is a lot saying it will so it might be fun to see. After that if anything does or does not happen we will sum it up then.... We will see what we see. Bill

It sounds like you know who they are. You can video tape them, then, file a suit in civil court against them. Think small claims – no need to incur fees – just time. Most jurisdictions have a 5k limit. Now, you might have to poke around to see what the cause of action would be. Dust / health risk. Sound / Nuisance, etc. Peaceful enjoyment, etc. The key is that they never show to respond to the initial pleadings, or, if they do, you have a tape, likely a default judgment, etc. You ask for max dollar amount / or “corrective measures.” Most small claims have a max value of 5k, so, the key is multiple suits. Get enough small judgments and, the civil process works. The technique has been used successfully by neighborhoods against crack houses, etc. PITA, but, it is legal remedy and avoids attorneys.

Hm, that seems to open up your options for a solution.

That aint a half bad Idea. I have sued a person before and won in small claims court because they did not show up (I would have won anyways as I had all the reciepts) They made me sit there for a half houir then called me and said. "Sign here.... Write in how much you want there." I was like WOW. I will have to see what I may be able to nail them on.

I know the noise will not do as we do not have noise ordinance. I could get one easy scince its not illegal the cops can do NOTHING but ASK you to turn the music (or whatever down) But if I drive up and down the street in front of the board of directors house with something blaring I am betting there would be an ordiance pretty quick. But I will have to see what others may apply. This could get real fun. Thankee
