Re: i can take it any more what do u guys think about this i think it true sorry no
We all know that I'm a treehugger with a sawmill...I got a good one for ya on the lumber industry and the government follies A few years ago tornados went through the BOUNDRY WATERS CANOE AREA...on the minnesota / canadian borderThis area is protected...you can't have a motorized boat. These tornados layed down thosands of acres of never been touched timber...MILLIONS AND I MEAN MILLIONS of cords of Oak, white pine, maple and other really sought after lumber trees worth hundreds of millions of dollars to OUR lumber industry, MN. DNR and the feds WILL NOT let loggers who would tread lightly with equipment go in and clean it up...I was in on a proposal with some OLD SCHOOL loggers who proposed to go in in the winter and pull the timber out with teams of horses over the snow so not to leave trails and ruts in the landscape...GOV's answer.....ABSOLUTELY EFFEN NOT!!!!! GOV"s solution...........HIRE AND TRAIN 500 FULL TIME FIRE FIGHTERS TO BE ON CALL UP THERE AT $50,000.00 PER YEAR SALERIES, HOUSING ACCOMODATIONS...AND OVER 3 MILLION DOLLARS WORTH OF FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT...
HOW did they pay for this ??? They TAXED THE SHITOUT OF THE LOGGERS WHO DIDN'T GET TO MAKE A DIME
