Sorry to say even if it causes a great deal of trouble ...deport em ...lock the gates and let them apply...if they have property here, o well the taxpayers can use the money...they should not have been able to buy it to begin with... baby's and kids can go with them so when they are aloud to come back they know just how big an deal it is...perhaps many of them will stay in their country and fix it instead of bailing out like the rats....many of them are very hard working folk but they broke our laws....
If I were in there country they would lock me up and throw the key away...perhaps the best rule would be to use the law from the country they came from. And just maybe if we did not have people here that would work for 2 bucks an hour places that need the illegals to operate would go away and be replaced by better sounder companies and our current crop of worthless yungins' would have entry level jobs to learn how to work and make a living so they don't grow up to be 30 with 3 kids and a minimum wage job...I for one am willing to pay extra to see this happen. I do not have a racist bone in my body but the road to freedom has to have a gate at some point to make sure that freedom still exists at the end of that very road for those who's fore fathers came here legally and fought to make this country free, it is our duty to honer them and keep this the greatest country on earth, to do anything less is a disgrace. I can't believe the level of lazy, mama boy, work ethic lacking ,sorry ass available workforce we have here min the US.So far in the last 2 weeks I've hired 5 guys.None have lasted more than a day and a half.2 were no shows. It's not like I don't tell them all I'm offering is pure hot hard manual labor before I hire them. And don't even begin to tell me that the illegals will do it since the useless Americans won't. I've had exactly ZERO applications from them. They're just as lazy or worse.

I also think that "Anchor babies" should NOT be American citizens due to the nature of they were here illegally to begin with. What we need to do is figure out a system where "We the people" vote on issues then take that unbiased info to our "con"gress and if they do not do it they are not our G-ment. Then they would need to be automatically impeached via a certain 2nd amendment. Thats what OUR constitution says. Polls on the street nomally show that over 80% of people disaprove of whats going on. I agree that America IS mostly immigrants but there IS a line. You can only have so many people in one place and the limit aint met here yet But the limit on BS people being allowed is far far gone. What I hate is the fact that they (congressites) can get elected. Work (if you wanna call it that) ONE term. Then get that full pay for LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never have to work again if they lived on that money. (Which aint to shaggy.) Thats BS pure and simple and the only people who think its right are the bastards who voted it in for themselves. We should get a petetion going to get that booted out. Bill

This is an interesting post. It is educational to see the outrage. An observation though; there have been very few suggestions as to a workable solution. Reactions; yes. Solutions; not so much.
Let me preface this by saying I think stricter boarder enforcement must occur. Unfortunately it will take an “event” for that to happen. There will be, unfortunately, an “event.” So, just to be contrary, I am going to throw some thoughts out there. First, I believe that man has an innate desire to better himself. That is, if your family is hungry, then, you will likely do what needs to be done to rectify that situation. Who among us would not steal a loaf of bread to feed our family if we had no alternative? That is not unique to our American culture. That is part of the human condition. Second, many people have made reference to the bill of rights in this thread. The question is: Does the bill of rights only apply to citizens? Do not all men have the same rights? Or, is there a class, in this case, “citizen,” that endows us with greater rights? My estimation? Citizenship does afforded greater rights. BUT, it also comes with a greater burden. Whether that is expressed in taxes, sacrifice, or service, citizenship does in fact come with a greater burden. Finally, it is interesting to see the shift of blame from “self” to “illegal alien.” There is no apparent nexus between the lack of desire for our citizens to work, vs. the immigrant who is forced into the position to work. That is larger social issue that is unrelated to the immigration matter. Shifting blame is illogical. Convenient? Expedient? Simplistic? Sure. Logical? No. It did not work with the Nazis and it will not work with illegals and citizens. (No, I am not suggesting that if you oppose illegal immigration you are a racist, skin head, or a Nazi – I am making reference to a historical event. If you would like, you can use the word “Crusade” and blast the Christians. It is just a historical reference to a “purging” event.) It is easy to find outrage on either side of this issue. The extremes each have their own agenda and that’s why they get labeled the “extreme.” What is a bit more difficult to find is reasoned solution. Part of that solution is to become involved. My guess is, while each of us may have posted their opinion on the thread, few, if any, of the posters here have actually contacted their representative and expressed their thoughts. Allow me to make being part of the solution a bit easier for you. This link will allow you to find your congressman and to email them directly. https://forms.house.gov/wyr/welcome.shtml. If you find you are in disagreement with your current representation, it is also my guess that few, if any, have supported a candidate who represents most closely your views on the subject. It is easier to be indignant. As to the referendum idea thrown out above; that will not occur. To do so would be changing the form of our current government. One that has worked extremely well for over 200 years. Now, just a thought. Not my thread and I don’t want to hijack it. But, as a challenge, turn the thread into one that devises a “solution.” Not a reaction, a well reasoned solution. We all might realize that it is a bit more difficult than we think. |
