Good night everyone who is reading my topic. I have now of course time 23 hours in the evening.
About a year ago I decided to collect son cards, still not completely collected.
Motor used analog Honda 6.5 HP
the tires took a lot less to put no sense.
rear axle wheel taken from the kart and wheel, what would it all to grind in the lathe. The steering wheel, seats and a lot of e different from karting.
Fasteners cut some in manual and some laser.
First put the led star on the 34 tooth cards I could not go. burned a centrifugal clutch, then designed the star with 65 teeth, but still goes for the child he is now 5.5 years. Live-in skins then another just did not take off no time.

Looks very good. I've only seen the blue prints of them, but never seen one built.

Hello. Thank you. I went here but not collected, at first not riding that star was on the 34 tooth, cut by laser at 56 cards went, but still very hot centraline grip. Need to put wheels on a smaller radius.

They make some centrifugal clutches that are stronger, but you might consider a CVT setup. They give you a wider gear ratio and last a little longer than a clutch.

Your videos have always been very entertaining and very well edited!!
As far as the clutch goes... get rid of it and replace with a torque converter...
