Pause the video at the beginning when he's flipping the knife, you can see the fake one glued to the back of his hand if you hit the play/pause button quickly to slowly progress the video. He has some kind of marker on the table so he knows where the knife is, and he never shows you the back of his hand until he crushes the cup...Hell of a god trick though...
