Default Frame design so far

Ok, working on my frame design. I am using Bend Tech Pro for the design. Thoughts so far?

Wheel base is set to rougly 70 inches. Will have a max width of 50 inches. Using a combination of 1.5 x .095 and 1.0 x 058 tube.

I like it. Looks stout. The window area looks a little tight. Whats the opening and could you get in and out easily enough? Looks tough though. Like you could put it end over end get right back in the throttle lol.

It is tight. about 22 inches. I dont plan on getting in and out often, as this is for my 13 year old son.

I'd probably want a cross brace in the upper part of the roll cage some where in case it rolled hard onto its side. Say in the rear cage opening.

The "B" tube and the top back cross tube need to connect at the same point on the top side rail.....IMO.

It is a form of CAD but just for calculating tubing. I think its incredible for the ease of use. After I design a part it tells me the cut length, EXACTLY where to start the bend. With PRO you can design assemblies and even print out a template to get the perfect fishmouth so your cut fits perfectly to the tube you are welding to. *All forms give you precise bending instructions. Its great. A step above pro will give instructions directly to a CNC bender. Cris has his stuff together when it comes to this. The part that impresses me the most is whenever I have a question I have HIS phone number and he answers. Sorts out my question and makes sure I understand. Talking directly to the designer when I have a question means a lot to me. He has never failed to get me on the right path. I even called him at 10:30 one night and he was happy to answer my questions. You can't go wrong with Bend Tech. The money you spend will save you much more on scrap and time. The price is really good for what it does.
