If your going to go thru the hassle of getting conduit and bending it....notching it....and welding it.....{be careful...galvanized is nasty stuff to weld} You might as well bite the bullet and buy the right tube and just build it......or return those plans and buy a real set of plans that are designed for the homebuilder to actually build......like Desert Karts....Rorty.....or the Edge plans......anyone of those three will give what your looking for as far as ease of following the plans and building the thing..... ![]()

The notch dimensions look like they want you to use a cutoff wheel or something to makes them. They give you the dimension for the start of the cut and the angle to cut at. Looks pretty messy, I'd have to build a whole buggy off plans like that. [smilie=icon_bolt.gif]
