Default New cage

After procrastinating for some time I decided to cut the top off and rebuild it. Once the seat was installed I noticed that anyone who was 6' or taller would not be able to safely drive the buggy. At least not with a helmet on since their head would likely hit the roof in a roll over.

So I cut the front and rear down tubes of the cage off and left the middle section to use a jig for my new cage which will be 40" from floor to top rail at the seat. Currently it's 35" and at 5'10" I fit and could be safe but there's not a lot of head room. Five more inches of head room should fix that problem, plus I get a chance to use my new bender. I'll post pics tonight of the progress so far.
