The air over hydraulic cyclinders DO use a lot of air though!

Just ordered the JD2 Model 3. I think it is a worthwhile investment. Building one would be good practice, but I figure if needed I can sell the JD2 when I'm done bending and put the money back into the buggy. Who knows though, maybe this is only the start. I can only imagine the sense of pride in finishing a project like this! I'm pretty freakin' excited to be taking this project on!

Just had the plans printed and bound @ Kinko's for $25. It sho does make a purdy book! Now I can flip through at my own leisure, which so far is driving my wife nuts.

For anyone searching for infor on BARRACUDA PLANS. If you use MSN Exporer it may not download the plans. You will have to switch to Internet Explorer to download. Took a while to figure that out, but Jay from ezplans.com was a lot of help!
