Having one one hand is nice but a decent one is a few bucks for sure.
Options involve finding someone near you from a site like this who can "lend a bend" or more likely is to find a local race car shop who can bend the tubes for a few bucks. Either way you need to know what you want and need done so that you do not take up a lot of thier time. If the shop has to do a lot of figuring and marking BEFORE bending the price is gonna go up of course. If its clearly marked and they can just slip it in the bender and bend it they will be more likely to cut you a deal on the cost. Same goes for a fellow bugggier. Make it as easy on a person helping as possible. Notchers can be many things. You want a hole saw notcher? Or do you want a different kind? Got a decent sized lathe handy?

I hear you on the easy part. I just didn't realize that this was going to be so involved. I'm quickly begining to think this might just be easier and cheaper to out source. I really don't want to do that, because I was looking forward to building

I'm pretty happy with the Panther plans. The only thing I really need to adjust in the bending part is the roof line. I need a little more room. I also like the idea Nutz sent me on bringing the middle rail up for more room. I have enough mech knowledge to get the rest, I'm just really sweating the frame part. I hate to spend the money on tooling I only plan to use once. And I know myself well enough that once I had it I wouldn't beable to sell it
